Over the years, we have founded and managed more than five companies and worked with markets across the globe – from Japan, the USA, and China to Europe, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.

We have navigated both growth and adversity, run international e-commerce operations, and built physical retail stores from the ground up. We have worked alongside private investors, the Danish Growth Fund, and banks – and we know what it takes to build a successful business.

Design with International Reach

Hey There Hi was an interior design company specialising in the production of lamps, throws, posters, mobiles, vases, and more. With sales across both Europe and the United States, we created designs that combined aesthetics and functionality – finding their way into homes around the world.

Our products were manufactured in Denmark, Italy, India, and China, in close collaboration with carefully selected partners to ensure quality and innovation in every detail.

Creativity, Sustainability, and Success

The concept was divided into several categories, with a central focus on reusing existing components from other industrial productions. By working with a form of “re-use,” we created new designs from parts of entirely different products – an artistic approach with an industrial output.

One of our greatest successes was a small lamp that sold 20,000 units in its very first year. Hey There Hi was a journey in creativity, sustainability, and international business development – experiences we now bring into the work we do with our clients.

Pioneer in Online Design Retail

Designdelicatessen was one of Denmark’s first and largest online design stores. For more than a decade, we set the standard for how design products could be presented and sold in a digital space.

With a strong online platform and two physical retail stores, we built a business model that seamlessly connected the digital and physical worlds – inspiring a new generation of design enthusiasts.

A Playground for Design Enthusiasts

Designdelicatessen was created as a playground for design lovers with a curious eye for design and architecture. With the motto Design Curiosity, we celebrated the idea that design is serious – but should also be playful, an experience on par with art, music, and sport.

The store became known and loved throughout Denmark (and to some extent Norway) for its unique approach and carefully curated selection. In 2012, Designdelicatessen was honoured with the award for Denmark’s Best Online Shop by BoligMagasinet – a recognition that, to our knowledge, has not been awarded before or since.
